• Eos Energy Enterprises Appoints Chief Accounting Officer

    EDISON, N.J., Feb. 14, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: EOSE) (“Eos”), a leading provider of safe, scalable, efficient, and sustainable zinc-based energy storage systems, today announced that John (“Jay”) Tedone has been appointed Chief Accounting Officer. Tedone, who has 25 years of experience in various financial leadership roles, will oversee the accounting, tax and SEC reporting functions at Eos.

    Prior to joining Eos, Tedone served as Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer of Lydall, Inc., a publicly traded global provider of specialty filtration and advanced materials solutions. There, he was responsible for the company’s global accounting, tax and SEC reporting functions. From 2007 through 2020, he has served as the Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer of Kaman Corporation. Tedone joined Kaman Corporation as Assistant Vice President, Internal Audit in 2004 and was promoted to Vice President, Internal Audit in 2006. Tedone has also held various financial management roles at Diageo North America, United Technologies Corporation and KPMG LLP. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University. Tedone is a Certified Public Accountant.
